The most strawberriest popsicles there ever were. Don't be fooled by the simplicity- the flavor of these popsicles is out of this world, the texture is creamy and slightly chewy, and the prep is a breeze.
Blender or Food Processor:
1 pound [454g] ripe strawberries, chopped
1/3 cup [74] granulated sugar
1/2 cup [17g] freeze-dried strawberries
1/3 cup [112g] strawberry jam
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Tiny pinch of salt
Splash of coconut water

In a food processor or blender, blend together all ingredients until smooth and creamy.

If desired, pass the mixture through a sieve for extra smooth popsicles.

Pour into popsicle molds and freeze until set, preferably overnight.
