Remastering the greatest culinary hits of the 90's; but so much better. Deep, bold strawberry flavor with sweet pops of bright kiwi throughout. Cold and fresh and decadent foolproof.
Blender or Food Processor:
1 pound [454g] chopped, ripe strawberries
1/3 cup [74] granulated sugar
1/2 cup [17g] freeze-dried strawberries
1/3 cup [112g] strawberry jam
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Tiny pinch of salt
Splash of coconut water
Small Bowl
2 kiwis, diced

In a food processor or blender, blend together all ingredients until smooth and creamy.

If desired, pass the mixture through a sieve for extra smooth popsicles.

Stir the diced kiwi into the strawberry mixture.

Pour into popsicle molds and freeze until set, preferably overnight.
